A Net Terms account can be established to purchase using Purchase Orders for organizations of all sizes with verifiable references. We can also set up net terms for state, local, and federal government procurement, as well as educational institutions including K-12 and higher education. Acceptable forms of payment may be different depending on the amount of the order or the geographic region where the item is being shipped. In most cases, any international purchases will require payment only via a Wire Transfer. Sales taxes are charged where applicable. If an item is picked up in person at our Maryland location, state law requires we collect 6% MD sales tax, unless a Tax-Exempt resale or reuse certificate is presented at the time of purchase.
All orders are professionally packed with plenty of packing material and appropriately sized boxes. For small box shipments options include UPS, Fedex, DHL, and USPS. For freight loads shipped on pallets, a customized quote is necessary based on the weight and dimensions of the shipments. All of the shipping carriers we use guarantee safe and timely delivery whether you purchase a hard drive or a pallet of servers. All orders are fully insured no matter if they travel by ground, air, or sea. Tracking information is made available to our customers as soon as the items have left our loading dock.
Although most shipping charges are prepaid and ship on our discounted accounts, customers may arrange their own shipping, of which requests are handled on a case by case basis. We ship internationally to any country in the world permissible by U.S. laws. Exclusions are; Cuba, Iran, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Sudan, and Syria., Next Day shipping is available to most points in the continental U.S. as well as some international destinations
Buying pre-owned refurbished hardware should never be a cause for quality concerns. All items we sell come with a warranty and our guarantee that we stand behind the products we sell with our rigorous refurbishing procedures and direct in-house customer service. Our team of knowledgeable representatives will provide pre-sales and post-sales support and answer any product related questions including any technical issues that may arise. Minimum warranty is 30 calendar days with most items guaranteed up to one year. Our sales representatives will provide a warranty period for each item with every price quote.
If there is an issue with an item within the warranty period, please contact your sales representative who will handle the issue process until it’s resolved. Depending on the issue, we will first attempt to repair the item, followed by replacement, if one is available, or a full refund once the item is returned. The item needs to be returned in the same or with similar packing material. We will make every effort to make sure that our customers are never left out in the cold and without answers.
